Working with Xeniso
Xeniso connects clients with digital specialists and coordinates requirements, communication, quality review, and delivery. A project begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, lawful materials, required access, and approvals needed to complete the agreed work.
Changes and revisions
Revisions and changes are handled according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside that scope may require a revised timeline or fee before work continues.
Professional and regulated services
Legal, tax, accounting, medical, engineering, architectural, and other regulated advice must be delivered and reviewed by appropriately licensed professionals. Xeniso does not replace professional licensure or independent client judgment.
